Playtimely is an early preview of a service for family gaming rules.
What the desktop agent does
The agent checks running processes locally so it can close the games you selected. It downloads signed JSON over HTTPS containing rules, times and a time zone. It does not accept remote commands, executable code or remote control.
What the service stores
We store your name, email address, hashed password, family memberships, computer names, game rules and the last time each computer connected. We also record administrative changes so family members can see who changed a rule. Technical server logs may include IP addresses.
The desktop agent does not send keystrokes, screen recordings, messages or a list of installed applications.
Family permissions
Owners invite and remove family members. Administrators manage computers and rules. Viewers can only read family information. A computer key can only download rules for that computer.
When the computer is offline
The last verified rules are saved locally and keep working offline. Changes cannot reach a computer without internet access. The dashboard shows its last recorded contact.
Conditions of use
Only install on computers you own or are authorised to administer, and inform the people who use them. Games may close without saving. The service does not replace backups or conversations about family rules.
A local administrator can uninstall the agent or change system settings. Use a standard Windows account for your child if you do not want the rules easily removed.
Preview
The Windows installer is an unsigned preview and mobile apps are not yet released in the stores. Please use test data while the service is being evaluated. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests.

Security and email
Cloudflare provides HTTPS protection and Turnstile bot checks. Account verification, password resets and invitations are delivered by email. Support messages are used to respond to your request. We do not sell your family data or use it for advertising.
